Loading Tips for Wire Mesh
- Woven mesh rolls: Load vertically (standing) to maximize space. A 40ft container typically fits 80-100 rolls of standard 30m length.
- Welded panels: Load flat, stacked. Use spacers to prevent bending. Maximum stack height depends on panel gauge.
- Fence panels: Usually loaded flat with packaging. 3D panels are bulkier than 2D panels.
- Gabions: Flat-packed gabions are space-efficient. Bundle securely to prevent shifting.
- Weight limit: Always check both volume AND weight limits. Wire mesh is heavy — you may hit weight limit before filling the container.
